Well, here I am, the bunny of the hour, as usual. It's tough being a famous globe-trotting rabbit, but someone's got to do it, and I do seem to have a natural talent. The OBC and I camped for the evening here in Etosha National Park along with some new friends we met along the way. I'll tell you, there's no better way to start a conversation than to carry me along on someplace like this.
Etosha, also known as "the Place of Dry Water", so-called because it contains one of the largest lakes in the world, called the Pan...... except it is dry most of the time! Another translation of Etosha is "Place of Mirages", because even when dry, the lake looks full.
This little fellow is the bat-eared fox, one of the more unique residents of Etosha.
